every Tuesday at 6:00-8:00 PM from April to September

450 meter loop

changing rooms, toilets, free parking.

Dolphin Members £ 5.00

Open to non members £7 per session, pay on the day.

The course below is a rough course that is used, this is just an indication and may change on the day
