As always with outdoor training at Budworth we are dependant on the weather and the water quality so please check these before setting off.  If you are not on the Whats app group the please message us on our Facebook page to be added.

every Tuesday at 6:00-8:00 PM from April to September

450 meter loop

changing rooms, toilets, free parking.

Dolphin Members £ 5.00

Open to none members £7 per session, pay on the day.

The course below is a rough course that is used, this is just an indication and may change on the day
