The swimming was followed by a presentation and buffet in the bar. Thanks go to swimmers for supporting the event, and everyone involved in organising and timekeeping at the event. Hope to see you back next year.

Llyn Tegid (Bala) Championships

Congratulations to all Dolphin members who competed in the BLDSA LLYN TEGID 54th Championships this past weekend. In 16 years I have been involved with the Dolphins I have never heard anyone complain that the water was too Hot !! and at 24-25 Degrees C this was a first in what is traditionally a windy and cool day and that was just the Saturday !, Sunday cooled down a bit to 23 degrees..

Should be noted that Thomas Roberts just missed out by about 1 minute in setting a new course record..

Also Michaela, never missing an opportunity to getting a few more miles in open water training in preparation for her Round Jersey swim, Swam the 3 miles to the start of the 1 way swim.
